Recently graduated from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Sandra Güniat combines creativity with a passion for hospitality, sustainability and the power of numbers.
Currently working as an Academic Assistant at EHL, her main research topics are sustainable business models and innovation in the hospitality industry.
From an international background, Sandra has already taken part in the creation of a hotel group, m3 Hospitality, and its very first hotel brand in Geneva, Switzerland. On top of this internship in project development and hotel real estate, her bachelor project was to conduct a feasibility analysis for an ecological self-sufficient hotel concept based on a location flexible business model.
Optimistic about our ability to adapt to future challenges, Sandra is committed to participate in a transition to a more ethical and responsible hospitality and tourism industry.
